Q1: A report in Friday's Wall Street Journal said Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, principal owner of X, has been in regular contact with Russian President Vladmir Putin since late 2022.
SpaceX is a large government contractor and provides critical services to US national security, launching spy satellites for the Pentagon and providing its Starlink satellite internet service in hotspots such as Ukraine.
How do you feel about these contacts between Musk and Putin, if true?
Q2: Musk said recently that he has a top secret US security clearance. People with that clearance have a legal obligation to disclose any substantive contact with foreign nationals.
Musk has yet to comment on the WSJ report.
Which do you think is most likely?
Q3: A new book by Bob Woodward reports former President Trump has had as many as seven private phone calls with Putin since he (Trump) left office.
Former Obama administration secretary of state John Kerry said he was in touch with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif "three or four times" after he left office, and that their discussions included the nuclear deal that was later scrapped by Trump.
