Q2. Average deportations/day under the most recent four administrations:

• Obama — 1000
• Trump first term — 820
• Biden — 740
• Trump 2nd term thru April 30 — 660

Multiple reports say that in May, White House aide Stephen Miller called for deportations to get to 3,000/day, and advised ICE agents to go to places where undocumented migrants will be or likely to be such as mandatory court appearances, places of work (certain farms, garment factories), or places to look for work (Home Depot parking lots).

Since April 30, deportations are up, but indications are the deportations were still fewer than 1,500/day in May. However reports indicate that in large population centers where Home Depot parking lots previously had 100 day laborers looking for work now have fewer than 10.
