Q1. Earlier this month, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook would disband its fact checking division, and instead rely on a Community Notes-like feature to address false or misleading content.
When Elon Musk took over Twitter (now X) he had that platform deploy Community Notes, which allows any user to draft a note to be appended to a post they believe to be false or misleading. Before the note is published for all to see, it is shown only to people who sign up and are eligible (no recent violations of X's rules, signed up more than 6 months previously, a verified phone number) to rate notes.
If the proposed note gets enough ratings of 'helpful' from a 'diverse' group of raters (people who have disagreed in their past ratings) it gets published.

Q3. On Joe Rogan's podcast, Zuckerberg said "Masculine energy I think is good, and obviously society has plenty of that, but I think that corporate culture was really trying to get away from it. It’s like you want feminine energy, you want masculine energy. I think that that’s all good. But I do think the corporate culture sort of had swung toward being this somewhat more neutered thing."
