Q1. On Monday, President Biden called for several changes to the Supreme Court, including 18-year term limits for justices, new justices appointed on a schedule of one every two years (which would keep the Court at nine justices, and each president would appoint 2 justices per four-year term), and an enforceable code of ethics.

It was thought that Biden might call for an expansion of the Court to more than its current nine justices, but he did not.

Which, if any, would you like to see happen?

Q2. Biden is not seeking re-election, and has six months left in his presidency.

Likely Democratic nominee Kamala Harris strongly backed Biden's proposals, GOP nominee Donald Trump said they were "going nowhere," and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R, LA) called them "dead on arrival in the House."

In which scenarios, if any, do you see at least one of Biden's Court proposals coming to fruition within the next four years?

Q3. According to Biden "there is a clear crisis of confidence facing the Supreme Court." Gallup polling shows approval for the Court was at 61% in 2000, and is at 43% today.
