Q3. The Disney Corporation filed a lawsuit against Governor, and likely 2024 GOP presidential candidate, Ron DeSantis (R, FL).
Earlier this year Disney criticized a bill signed into law by DeSantis that limited gender and sexual orientation instruction in Florida classrooms. DeSantis subsequently stripped Disney of control of its special tax district, which ultimately resulted in revocation of zoning rights that the company says it needs to develop properties.
The suit alleges DeSantis violated the company's constitutional rights with targeted retaliation against Disney's protected speech. What is your view on how this works out legally and politically for DeSantis?

There are 1800 special tax districts in Florida, including one controlled by the Daytona Speedway, and another by The Villages, the 130,000 strong retirment community 60 miles northwest of Disney World.
Peggy Noonan, writing in the WSJ said "Watch (RFK Jr). He is going to be a force this year." (To be clear, we have no view on this, just reposting. Noonan also said in the runup to the 2016 primaries that the GOP presidential field, eventually won wire to wire by Donald Trump, was the "strongest she could recall.")
